I was quickly fascinated by his unique approach, prompting me to convert my entire in-clinic practice model to adopt his protocols. The results were nothing short of miraculous. Drawing on her years of experience managing people and creating efficient systems, Kris played a pivotal role in revolutionizing Dr. Lenderman’s “brick and mortar” clinic. Through collaborative teamwork with Dr. Lenderman, they expanded the clinic into what is now one of the most successful functional medicine practices in the country. Currently, Kris holds the position of senior clinic director and serves as the chief financial officer of Smart Life Wellness.
With a wealth of experience working with over ten thousand patient conditions, Kris has dedicated herself to continuous learning. She has completed hundreds of hours of post-doctoral level classes on functional medicine, wellness, nutrition, and natural healthcare. In her role, Kris is responsible for guiding Dr. Lenderman’s patients through their entire program. She has overseen numerous challenging cases to completion and has been instrumental in saving lives through non-drug methods.

WHAT TO EXPECT?
First, we will welcome you like family when you walk through the door. Then we will have you fill out as minimum paperwork as possible. Kris will take you back to her comfortable office and I will go through a detailed history with you to get all the information on what you are experiencing and why.
Next, we are going to run tests and diagnostic screenings on you that you probably have never seen before (don’t worry, they aren’t painful). These are tests that most doctors miss but are critical to pinpoint exactly what is going on with your body.
After your first visit, we will discuss your preliminary results and what your next steps are. Typically, we will have a follow-up visit to explore any additional testing or questions and then a report of findings will be scheduled. Your report of findings is when the doctor will sit down with you and go over his entire treatment plan, recommendations, cost, concerns, time frames, and all the other relevant information.

I would love to give you a specific number, but without knowledge of your specific health details, I would either give you a number that is too high or too low.
Since we customize our care based on each patient, we need to have that data first before we can give you an accurate answer.
We will discuss the exact details and cost analysis after we fully understand the severity of your health problems and the complexity of your treatment.
To put the cost into perspective, one case of chronic disease can cost upwards of $250,000 over the duration of your lifetime - which is astronomical - and you still end up being sick with the disease steadily progressing.
Our program is a tiny fraction of that.
We will prepare a custom care plan and resolve the finances before any care begins.
We also have financing programs with a very high acceptance rate available.
COVERED BY INSURANCE?
We would love it if insurance companies focused on what really matters - you the patient.
Unfortunately, that is not the case. Any kind of care that is designed to prevent or improve your health is not considered medically necessary.
I know that that sounds crazy - but all traditional insurance covers prescriptions and surgery to cover up the symptoms of a current disease. No correction, no prevention, nothing that has to do with preventing future diseases and worsening of problems is considered payable.
The patients that we work with are tired of prescriptions and surgery, because traditional medical care has not solved their problem and keeps them frustrated and sick.
